Always i do have to compare this above version with the below version ?

Bu still i have one doubt.

X activ X 700 14.02.2006 17:50:15 SAP is the active version of the upgraded version > _ 00009 I 700 UPGRADE700 24.05.2007 16:50:22 SAPUSER.

So there wont be any difference ryte?

Vibha,

There won't be any difference.If you want to check the versions of any program or anything go to UTILITIES,CHOOSE VERSIONS- CHOOSE VERSION MANGEMENT where in we can see the different versions depending upon the date and transport requests number.

To check the when these transport requests are created and stuff you can check E070CREATE table.

If possible let me know what you are trying to do.

Im liitle bit confused.

Im comparing two different versions programs, so spau is displaying many modified versions, so i m not able to judge in which two versions i have to make comparison and which one i have to finally retain so the new version prog becomes conistent.

Vibha,

Use SE03 for this purpose.

Use the first two options

Search for Objects in Transport Requests/Tasks.

Analyze Objects in Requests/Tasks.

Give the Transport Request number or the program name.I think depending upon the transport request which is used to move the program to the production server

we can know the latest version.You can even the check the version management of the program that is available in production server.

If any doubts revert it.
