Reg. Enhancement Implementation - Undo

Dear All,

I have created a Z enhancement implementation in Standard enhacement Spot in TCode ME23N, and moved to production which is working fine.

For some reason i wanted to remove my enhancement implementation, and for that, i did the following in dev. server

Placed the cursor on my Z enh imp and right clicked.

In context menu, enhancements -> undo clicked.

Now, only my Z enh imp. disappeared.

But when I activated the enhancements using Activate Enhancements button, all the other 4 standard enhancement points in

that include has disappeared.

I am able to see those disappeared std. enh. imp thru se20.

How to bring back those standard enh. imp.

I have also encountered with a similar situation. Can you please tell how to get back the disappeared (standard) enhancement implementation.
