iam having one doubt that is iam having one table in database, but not in data dictionary.can i use the table in program.

You cannot use this table in your program because its definition is not present in Data dictionary.

Hi,

You can only use the table that is defined through Data Dictionary i.e SE11.

If you have created a table in Some Different Database and want to Acccess that you can not do that.

SAP can not recognize that.

Answer is no.

you have to create replica of that table in SE11.than you can use in program.
