hai to all

while creating sale ordr thro bapi ,<b>except qunatity feild</b> everything is getting updated

i am not getting any exception due to this

A sale order number is generated.

but how to overcome this problem how to correct this

Can you please provide more details on the BAPI that you are using .. ? Is it BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 ?

OK ..If u r using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 make sure that you have set an X for the quantity field in ORDER_ITEMS_INX.

are you telling us that quantity value is '0' when order is created?

the order quantity is provided in flat file for that feild but it is not created in sale order.

that is my problem

i had debuged untill it enter in to that function module

except this every thing is getting created in order
