redirect to Tcode from workplace attachment link

I have developed the custom workflow in which i am only sending attachment link to redirect to t-code qe03

It is redirecting perfectly, but when I click on the activity drop-down button, it revert me back to workplace screen instead of showing other activity on qe03,

It is a background job to send notifications for inspection lots that do not have result recordings.
