Recover Text-Elements/Selection texts

Hello Experts,

Can anybody guide me as to how to recover text-elements and selection texts through version management? We had implemented an OSS Note and subsequently selection texts and text elements were lost. SAP had instructed us to recover them through version managament(program version restoration). However I am not sure if texts symbols and selection texts can be recovered that way. Your guidance needed!

Thank You.

Hi,

Goto - > text elements -> text symbols.

In the next screen Utilities - > versions -> version management.

Now uncheck the default first check box and select the correct transport request.and choose the retrieve button.

other wise check the translations are available in QA or Prod and retrieve it from there.

regards,

Nandha

Thank you for your replies. It seems with the Support Packages German texts were not delivered. And we kept wondering why we lost all the texts. So recovering texts which were never there is out of question. Although the method mentioned above by Amol S and

Nandha Kishore K  is right.
