hi,

i want some real time scenarious.

in real time environment how to handle the project.treat me as team member.project first comes to whome.how can team member will get it.first what will we do if project comes to our hand.

what is functional spec.

what is technical spec.

what we do in technical spec.

how can we communicate with our client in onsite.

plz.. help me i want detailed information.

Hi Raju,

In Real time

first object comes to Project lead.

He assigns the object to perticular team mebers based on his skill set.

in general offshore team will get Functional Specs only.

(In some company's Team Leaders Estimates the time for the object, In some company's the team leader asks the team member for estimation of the object )

For that we have to Prepare the Tech Spec .

Tech Spec will be reviewed by Module lead's ( Procees Leads

)

After Techspec review is completed from offshore

then they send do onsite.

once onsite guys approves the Spec.

Then The Developer Starts the coding

Once coding and Unittesting is done by developer.

its goes to Procees Lead / Module .

they will do the code walk through.

once its done

we have to prepare the Object bundle ( Unit test Cases );

( object bundle inlcudes FS,TS, TSR, Code Review Check list, Run Procedure , Unit Test Cases)

its depends on Company to company and client tot client.
