Other than CITRIX we connect to the client server through VPN (Virtual Path Network).
Generally we get the functional specification to our Company Mail ID.
Some companies maintain Portal and in that, they update the programs, the spects etc. the project manager /team lead will assign the objects to individuals in the portal itself. Individuals will check the portal and take the spects.
