Reading archived data

Hi folks,

I need to do some changes in the existing reports. I need to make sure the archived data is also read when it comes to reading EKKO,EKPO.VBAP etc. Are you aware of any easy wasy to read archived data? Is there any fucntion module to do that? Will be of great help if you could suggest an easy way.

For reading archived POs see transaction ME82 or report RM06ER30. You can leverage the code here.

Also check transaction SARI -> Archive Explorer. This gives all the archived data for a particular object.

To read the archived data programatically you can look at the FMs in the ARCH Function Group. SAPs BC 660 course will also help you.
