For a given transaction code, how can i find which users are accessing the transaction code and also users having only display access.

Hi,

The authorisation for using a transaction and also for just display rights to any transaction is done by security or basis person. Please contact a security person for the information that you require

To find which users have access to a transaction code

Use transaction SUIM and then select

User->Users by Complex Selection Criteria->By Transaction Authorizations

This will give you the users per transaction to see wich user has only display authorization you must

analyze the role where the user is assigned

Dear Priya,

It is possible to give only display authorisation for any transaction to a perticular user. Just tell your basis guy to handle this issue. While giving authorisation through FMCG you give your own choice that you want to give display only or anything you want.
