Hi Guys,

I created events for table maintenance, i transported the events, but the include program was not transported.

Can anybody tell me how to move the include program. How to collect the include program in a transport request and move it to QAS.

Regards,

Anand.

Hi Anand,

When you edit the Include and activate it, the system will give a pop up to save it in a transport request. There you can find a button for creating a new transport request and the Include program will be saved in that newly created transport request.

Hi Anand,

Goto SE38

open your program in change mode

then follow menu

GoTo -> Object Directory Entry.

If you can see package $TMP here then change the package name in which you want to store this include.

Once you provide the package name , It will ask for transport request. Create/Provide Transport request and release the same once you are done with your chagnes.

Hope it will solve your problem

Thanks & Regards

Hi Araj,

You can even do as below :

1) You can create a transport request & you can add the object in it. You will have to give details like

PgmID = LIMU.

Obj = REPS

Object name = "Your include program name goes here".

Hope this helps.

Guys,

I just have to move the include program not the function group right.

I have also done some changes in the screen. So i can move the screen and include program alone right.

Regards,

Anand.

Hi

Goto the transaction se80. Browse your table and select it. Right click and see a option create travel request will be there. There you can send your travel request to QAS.

Guys,

I created some events for table maintenance view using se54.

Under menu modifications->events, then i clicked new entries and selected event 03. Then when i clicked the editor icon, it asked for creating new subroutine, i gave a description and selected a new include program. I done the coding part, saved & activated.

I collected all the events in transport properly and then transported the table, table view, include program and events.

But, no idea the include program did not get transport to QAS. So I collected all the include program using se80 in a transport and moved it. These include programs was available under a functn group. Using that function group in se 80, i collected all include program in a single request.

Now the include program are moved to QAS, But the problem here is when i goto table maintenance generator screen and go to events screen and clicked the editor icon i is asking for me to create a new subroutine, actually it should open the include program. But it is asking me to create a new one.

I checked in QAS using se80, Under subroutine folder the subroutines are not transported. I tried plenty of times, by collecting the function group, recreating the view & etcc... But all the time I could not transport the subroutine.

Can anyone tell me where am i doin mistake or tell me clearly how to move that subroutine from he function group.

Regards,

Anand

Hi Anand,

The TVIMF table should have an entry in QAS system also.

Can you try transporting that table entry ?

Hi Anand,

Also did you try regenerating table maintenance?

Tried including the function group manually under a TR ?
