as per ABAPDOCU help
Limit radio buttons to six or fewer choices. If you have more choices, consider using other elements like dropdown list.

you can put any number of radiobuttons in a radio group.
but two radiobuttons are compulsary in a radio group.

Here there is no limit like upto 6 only.
But if u go for more than 6 means its not in user friendly manner
SO choose as per ur need

Hi,
Just take the F1 help regarding radiobuttons.
I tried to print more than 6 radiobuttons also in same group,i can c them while displaying in output screen.
