Hi guys

i developed my proxy class but when i try to send a test request its showing me this error

i went to the ICM monitor and and i increase the trace level but cant seam to understand what they are saying?

When I have this error, usually it's the HTTP or HTTPS service which is not correctly started (inactive) -> SMICM -> goto -> services
