Quickly add data to tables?

Hello! I'm coming from an MS SQL Server background in which I can use the Enterprise Manager to view a table within a database, right-click it and open its contents in a grid-like control where I can quickly add test data similar to Excel. Is there anyway to do this in SAP?

Thanks in advance.

From the data dictionary (SE11):

Utilities->Table Contents->Create Entries

Hi,

Please try transaction SE16N (assuming the table is allowed for maintenance).
