Quickinfo Translation

Hello experts,

I have a problem with translating the quickinfo of a toolbar - the small window that appears when you point on the toolbar. I translated that quickinfo from English to Chinese using SE63. When I logged into Chinese language, it does not show the translated characters but instead only squares.

Do you have suggestions or ideas on how to display the correct Chinese characters?

Have you done in

Start->Control Panel ->Regioanl and Language setting --> choose language tab and choose 2 radio buttons for east asia countries and check
