Question reg. BDC

Hi,

I am trying to create a shipment cost document using VI01 thorugh BDC. Once after the shipment number is entered and pressed 'ENTER' and went inside, I selected one shipment cost document item and pressed 'Detail'. Now I can see the list of deliveries and line items. How to record a chosing of particular delivery using BDC from this screen? When there are more than 5 deliveries, it seems to be a real problem to chose the one which we wanted.

Please give your input and help. I appreciate.

I dont know much about that tcode as never used it but if it is using tablecontrol to display the items, then check this link -

Hi Krishen,

See on the screen, there shud be a find or position button. If yes, then click on that and put the required data. It will select the corresponding entry.This can also be easily recorded.
