Question on BAPI_MATERIAL_BOM_GROUP_CREATE

Hi all,

  I need to create a multi-level bom. An example is:

BOM 1

Item 00010, material XXX1, Quantity 1

Item 00020, material XXX2, Quantity 2 --> it's is a BOM

                  BOM 2

                  Item 00010, material XXX3, Quantity 3.

can I use BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_BOM_GROUP_CREATE in order to solve my problem?

Any suggestion?

Hi Andrea,

Yes , you can use your BAPI FM for creating new BOM.
