Question about Screen painter

Hi Experts,

I'am encountering a problem about the screen painter.Some guy in our development team developed a dialog program and he has left. Now I need to change this program. When I open one screen with the screen painter,I find some I/O fields on this screen are invisible. So I ask my colleague use his computer open the same screen,he can see the fields on the screen. I don't know why. My SAP GUI version is the same as my colleague.Can you give me some advice?

Hi,

The problem is with the graphical layout editor, it not getting loaded. This may happen because of some of the ports are blocked and hence this service is not able to pass. Basis guys may help you in this regard.
