Hello Gurus,

I have a question regarding Output Types. There are many output types that get triggered automatically when Sales Order is saved. Now I have a new output type which I want should be triggered automatically at the first place prior to other output types.

So basically I want uderstand, if there is any possible configuration wherein sequence of all the output types is defined.

Thanks

Rohit

Hi,

Output type sequence is determined based on the sequence maintained for the output type procedure in transaction code NACE.

NACE -> Select Application -> Click on Procedures -> Select the Procedure -> Double Click on Control

Hi,

Go to transaction NACE.

1) Choose Application from list(eg EF for PO)

2) Choose a output Type

3) Choose a Z* output Type

4) Click on Processing Routines

5) Enter a Medium and other description here.

After this go to ME21N and select the PO and in the Message Tab enter the Output Type.

May it helps you.

Regards.

DS.
