Whether Master and Transactional Data will be available to build some POC's and play around with system? Looking for entries in Tables like VBAK , LIKP and other header/item tables.

Hi

You can set up your own system on S/4HANA. The below blog should be useful to you.

If you are doing on cloud, you need to use one of the hyperscaler account.
