Query Regarding Debugging

Hi Experts,

I am trying to debug a program in Quality server . When ever I try to change the field contents in the Debugger and press the change field content button,it throws up a warning that you are not authorised to maintain field contents.

Can anyone help me to bypass this error.

Hello Arshad,

we cannot change value on quality server it is possible only on development server.

Hi ,

Try to do it in development server.Some times in quality these problem arises.So try to debug in development server.Also check with ur basis guy regarding this.

Hi,

there's nothing you can do about it because your authorization seems to be limited on this system. If you want to change that value in quality-system you need more authorization for it. Go and speak to the SAP authorization guy of your company.

Hi Arshad,

We get this error we are only given a display role and not a developer role in quality. So we normally cannot change and we are not authorized so.
