In se71, go to Utilitis-> Copy from client
Give siurce and target. see the check box for Original language only is checked or not.
For the texts, you need to go to se63 and do the translations.

Hi,
This can be done from SE76 transaction, you need to specify the source & target language and choose the create option to create the same,
Hope this helps,

Hi,
There is no tool to translate the layout.
Script is client dependent & Language dependent.
we have to copy the script & make the required changes in respective language.
cheers.

Hi <b>Siva</b>,
We cannot traslate the entire sapscript as they are client aswell as language independent.
But u can always copy them across the clients and across the languages.
If u want to make changes in the sap standard sapscript, then u will have to copy the sap std script into your local test machine client and select the all language option while copying.
The New creations or layout related modifications of window or any component except the code needs to be changed in <b>DE</b> version (Std Version) and the code changes can be written in <b>EN</b> Version .
Hope this might have solved ur query.
