how to use Guixt to add launchpads and disable sap back arrow button and add Guixt back arrow instead.

is there any resourse available to understand and practice SAP GUIXT???

you can find a very good documentation, tutorials and examples at the site of Synactive here.

You can delete a pushbotton via del P[MyButton] and add a new one via Pushbotton - you can find an example here.
