Hi All,
I am used to old debugger. I have seen the new debugger i have some concerns with that. Please share your thoughts and knowledge on these:
1. The old debugger used to open in the same session and i could open SIX different sessions at once. But now for one debugger two sessions are being eaten up. Someone explained me that this is useful to see last screen input.
It did not convince me, as it will not allow to do any navigation in that screen and secondly i cannot open straight six sessions and sometimes because of lack of sessions it is opening OLD debugger.
Is there any option available for me to have only one session using new debugger.
2. In the old debugger i had the option to STOP the RFC calls using the setting "In background task: DO NOT PROCESS".
This option i am unable to see in new debugger.
3. Apart from System and Update debugging, i am not able to set any other debugging options.
I am feeling COMPLETELY LOST using the new debugger.
Could you please share your views, opinions and better ways of using new debugger.
Best Regards,
Goutham.

Thanks Srinivas for your esteemed reply.
Is the NEW debugger providing all the options that the OLD Debugger has provided.
Because as we moved onto ECC 6.0 ; recently we have been urged to use the new debugger and i found these points. As i am new to NEW Debugger i wanted to have general opinions and inputs from you all.
Thanks for the reply once again.

It provides all the options of the OLD debugger .. with some
more additions ..
If at any point U feel completely lost just switch to classic
debugger ...

Hi Srinivas,
could you please throw some light on my points:
