Quality Notification Task Text missing

Experts,

We have created a custom tasks for Quality Notification. Users enter text when they select task. There are random cases where table QMSM table has INDTX field set as 'X' but there is no long text. SAP shows an indicator to goto longtext but there is no text in STXH.

We contacted SAP and SAP says it is custom code. We tried multiple times in our test and QA system but we are not able to replicate this issue. I adding this in ABAP development because somebody might have come accross this.

Any idea or suggestion?

Hi,

Try to debug FM READ_TEXT and see if the text is really created.
