pushbutton enhancement

Hi all,

I got stuck in one place please help me to get out of this :

I have an requirement in transaction CBIH82 ( Incident/Accident Log entry ) where there is an pushbutton named as "Assign Version", as per business requirement what i need to do is, i have to set an authorization object so that not every user should be able to create a version for any incident.

I had explored many ways like badi, implicit enhancement options, tried in restrict in program but i am not able to find exact location where should i can restrict...

So please help me resolve this.....

Can you please provide the screen number and program name where you see this button. Check in PBO if you can find some subroutine call in modules
