Push notifications badge

 Hi everyone. I have a issue. I have implemented push notifications on my android app. But the icon badge for the notifications are still the appgyver icon. I have added all of my custom images in the build configuration settings. But the appgyver icon still comes up. 

 

Can anyone help me with this?

4 weeks now and this is still happening. 

Also, my iphone users are no longer getting notifications.  The wrong generic/wrong icon is showing for android notifications.  Didn't have this issue prior to being moved to the platform.

I'm intervening on this topic because I also have problems with the push notifications icon: it always appears white!

Please, has anyone worked around this problem?

I am not familiar with this topic, so I can't help.

For those who might be able to help you, it might help to clarify what landscape you are on and what you meant by "being moved to the platform".

I've seen posts where people describe implementing this through some backend APIs. I was waiting for Build Apps to incorporate Mobile Services functionality so we could do this more simply 😺

I'm sorry, but I have no experience with push notifications at all, so can't help here. The only thing I would suggest is to open a support ticket as it seems like broken functionality.

I would agree this needs to be fixed. I have all the icons set and it still gives the Appgyver icon when receiving a push notification.
