Purchasing contract creating via BAPI does not work with services item

Hi masters

I need to create purchasing contracts via se38 report.

With the bapi BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE I just can create contracts with itens of material.

How can I create purchasing contracts with itens of services ?

Lehcim, how do you solved the problem? i have the same issue and i cant make the contract
