tell me any business process which uses purchase requisitions and tables

If I, as an employee am buying something on behalf of my employer this will need some some of approval. I raise a purchase requisition as a means of requesting this approval.

I am not functional consultant but i believe if "External Procurement" is selected for MRP Group in material master and No source list is updated for the item, it creates Purchase requisition for that item during MRP. The table available for Purchase requisition is EBAN.
