Hi folks ,

My requirement is to change the Purchase requisition closed

indicator in batch ie. at item level .

Can any body suggest me any Bapi for this.

Hi Sandipan Das,

you could program a bdc-report to transaction ME52 in order to do that.

1. First, input the purchase requisition number.

2. Then, on the list of items, enter the number of item on field RM06B-BNFPO (the counter for the table control). This will position the item on top of the table control.

3. Now, on the first row of the table control, enter okcode "DETA"

4. Now you can update field EBAN-EBAKZ to 'X' (this is field "closed")
