When I try to generate an IDOC via PU12 OTMU, I am receiving this error. I recognize 00000103 as a Personnel number at OTMU as the interface. However the rest of the message I don't understand. Can someone explain what I need to do to get this to work? I've looked at table PCL2 for this key and the Version Number is 04, which is the most recent version in tables T532K and T532L. However that record has a very old "Updated On" date. I have changed the layout to OTMU to add an additional field to PA0491 and regenerated the interface program. Furthermore there is no RPCLSTIF_CONVERSION report as the message indicates.
So quite honestly, none of this is making sense to me.

Diagnosis
The automatic conversion of the interface result to be imported with key
&1 was not successful.
System Response
The system can not import the result or use it for the change
validation.
The description of the data on the interface result cluster IF, that is
stored in tables T532K and T532L, is supposedly invalid for the version
of the result to be imported. You find the version of the result to be
imported in the VERSN field in table PCL2, by choosing RELID = 'IF' und
SRTFD = &1 .
Procedure
Check tables T532K and T532L for the version of the result to be
imported and modify this, if necessary.
