pseudo delta means the transfer of the records is not actually delta type, but the way we follow to transfer to data target is delta.
For example in a full load, infopackage or DTP have a option to use selection or filter to select particular date value while transferring the data and this date will change every day based on the abap code they written. this method is called pseudo delta.
