Proxy object entries missing in table TADIR. Please Help!

Hi All,
I have created a proxy via tcode SPROXY. Proxy works perfectly in source system. But when I migrated the same to target system the proxy object got migrated but the table TADIR does not contain the corresponding entry for the object.
I have checked the transport request it contains the proxy object. I have also checked the table TADIR in source system it contains the entry for the proxy object.
Why the system fails to add the proxy object entry in table TADIR in target system? What is the issue? Is this due to any bug?
Please help!
