Adding the code itself into the Z include will not solve the purpose and moreover the code piece written in the include won't get executed. The code piece you write into the Z include is the business logic to get executed during runtime but to make it happen a project should be created with CMOD that basically links the 'Enhancement' to the exit function module. Once done, need to activate the project and you can see the result by executing the program. Without creating a project, the control doesn't flow inside the code that you have written in the include; you can check during debugging.
