Hi
Create a Z program and copy the std program to the Zprogram and generate a transport request
If you wants to transport the program within the same Landscape then release this request and then transport it to the required system'
otherwise if you wants to take this to a entirely different system copy this transport request CO and DATA files into a hard disk or some external CD drive and then download it to the new system DATA and CO files
and use the same program in the new system

Please be alert to the risks in taking copies of SAP programs... if SAP delivers fixes & enhancements for RSUPGRES in subsequent support packs, your "Z" copy will not reflect these changes. If there is a good reason for the copy, you may wish to consider also making a repair to the SAP original and including comments in it as to the name of the "Z" copy (and purpose) - this repair should then show up when the support packs are being loaded, and a new copy taken.

Moshe,
Be careful with the screens and includes when copying.
Copy the program through SE80.
Assign it to a package.
It will ask for a transport request
create a transport request.
move it from development to quality
do the testing and then
move it from development to production.
