Program triggering SOST mail notification

Hi all,

Is there a way to findout the program/Transaction which has created the record in SOST transaction which triggered a mail?

Hi Sandeep,

Yes, you can find the required deails about what program or transaction triggered the mail from - "Display Trace"

Once you see the trace log - Double Click to see more details about the call stack details to know which program and Transaction , when you choose "Technical Information" button on the application tool bar.

Thanks for the reply.

The record is not holding any Trace unfortunately.

Sandeep,

You can activate the trace in SOST --> Menu options

Utilities--> Trace Settings

Once activated wait for the mail generation and then check for the trace details.
