Program to up- and download program including its components

Does anybody have a program that uploads and downloads a program including its components. It has to run in ECC 5.0.

I have a program that does this for 4.7 and older versions, but that does not compile correct in 5.0. You can check this program at <a href="http://www.mijn.speedlinq.nl/abap/myprograms.htm#_Toc50189406">upanddownloadprogram</a>
