anyone know the transaction to analyse to capacity consumed by a program?

I'm not sure what you mean by capacity, but I think transaction SM50 is what you're looking for, in there you can monitor workprocesses execution.

it's a transaction that analyse, after the execution of a program,

where it consumed the capacity.

ex:

50¨% 23min MP: HR.....

30% 12min select options: ...

20% 8min get pernr....
