in our company we've several programmers. Everybody write Userexits, new programs, modifications ....
Is there a tool to administrate and to get an overview ?

you could use transaction SE84.

in SE84 you must search for Y* and Z* objects.

Another way to keep track is via Transport Request...transaction STMS.
