wn try to save the program im getting this following message

how to overcome of this problm?

System setting does not allow changes to be made to

object PROG Y_VENADD

Hello,

It means u dont have authorization to modify the programe.

U contact basis team so that they will give the authorization to u.

It may be due to authorisation problem.

Try to copy the program into Z_VENADD and execte.

Check whether the editor lock is enabled in program attributes.

Dear,

if the owner has check the check box editor lock in the attributes section then from that particular login id only you can go into the change mode otherwise it will display the same message what you are getting .

Hi,

Basis will people do the authoriztion.I d'nt know in which transaction they do.

But the changes made will be updated in TRDIR table under the field SECU.

I think the adminstrator has taken up the authorization for modifications from your user id.
