Problem with ZSAPLINK_INSTALLER

Hi all,

I want to install zsaplink program. When I try to active ZSAPLINK_INSTALLER, its showing an error stating that class CL_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES defination is not loaded in the program. But it is an activated global class. And also the same

code is working fine in ECC 6.0 version. I am trying to install it in 4.7 E.
