problem with sending email with application object

I am facing some problem when adding and enhancement for IW52(PM notification). The requirement is that when the user click SAVE button, send an email to some users, the difficulty is that there should be an attachment with the Notification itself. It means that when the user recieved the email, he can click this attachment and go to transcation IW53 to view this notification.If any one can help, I will be very appreciate.Thanks a billion, and it will be great help if you can add my MSN highking.zhang@hotmail.com. Hi,

I think you need to have the workflow for the same. the functionality you required can be achieve through workflow. Check if you can find some workflow related to this.

Yeah, you are right, using workflow is better, but the requirement is the sending the email through and enhancement. Is there any way we create and GOS attachment backgroud and the send it out?

One of my colleague worked on such an requirement but I believe it was not the enhancement.

I don't think you can achieve this without workflows.

Can not we create the attachment as what GOS does? And just make it backgroup, and then send it.
