Problem with F1 help

Hi Folks,

I am facing one problem with my SAP GUI. Whenever I press F1 for the keyword search it displays the content panel but it doesn't display the description of same. Please help me for the same.

Hi Siddarth,

If you have Internet Explorer 7.0 or you have installed some of the Microsoft security patches on your system, this problem starts on the SAP GUI side. The Microsoft Security patchs will not allow to open HTML files of format .chm from remote systems thinking them as potential security threat.

Try to apply the patchs mentioned in note "950975" and see if this helps.

Can you brief about the patch installtion note 950975,because i am also facing the same kind of problem.

Hi Folks,

The porblem is solved as I have uninstalled IE 7.0. I think there is a bug with IE7.0. So after uninstalling the same my help is working fine.
