Problem while Downloading basic idoc data from t-code we63

Hi Experts,

i created Custom Idoc as a copy of FIPARQ01 ( Basic Idoc type ) and added one extra segement.

i created custom program and created idocs , Every thing is working fine..

the Client or ITA wants to download the IDOC data from We63 t-code in Par file format.

while entering Basic idoc type and try to Download.......

The system is throwing error message -

" Structure of segment E1FIPRB is Unknown".

when i cross check the segment is available in EDISEGMENT table and we31.

can anybody help on this......Please
