Problem viewing korean characters using GUI_DOWNLOAD with code page 4103

Hi Experts,

I have a small problem using GUI_DOWNLOAD referencing code page 4103 to display Korean Characters in notepad. When a colleague and I downloaded it the Korean characters displayed fine. However the user cannot see the korean characters.

Background on the issue. This is an issue in production where recently a program existing some time now displays Korean characters in gibberish using GUI_DOWNLOAD w/o referencing a code page. Before this didn't happen.

My question is

1.) Is this a issue with a basis release because I noticed GUI_DOWNLOAD was changed less than 2 weeks ago and by SAP.

2.) How can we resolve the current issue where korean characters displays on my desktop but no the users? Is there an installation package I can use that windows provides?

Hello

Can you please check if the fonts for Korean language is present in the system of the user reporting this problem. We faced similar problem for cyrillic font.
