Problem relating to ALV

HI,

I have 2 doubts.

1. Is it possible to have the Header in ALV Grid Display in two lines.

2. Is it possible to combine two cells in the header of the ALV Grid Display.

A Sample output that I need is:

Co. Cd

Age (20 to 30)

Age (30 to 40)

Age (40 to 50)

|______| Male | Female | Male | Female | Male | Female |

1000	10	8	5	1	2	0
2000	20	7	4	0	1	0

If you look at the Heading: 'Age (20 to 30)' is spread over the 2nd and the 3rd column. Similarly 'Age (30 to 40)' ...

How do we do this?

Next, How do we have multiple Rows on the Heading.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try using the field catalog property 'CELL_MERGE', for the cells.

As far as I know, it is not possible to have 2 heading lines in ALV.

Yes we can do that... With the help of the function module REUSE_ALV_COMMENTARY_WRITE

i hope it works for u...

try this ..

U can use this in Top of page onli..

IN this u need to fill the table it_listheading..

it has components typ (type of the title) ,INfo ( text ), Key...

• Populating the list complementary table...

fs_list-typ = 'H'.

fs_list-info = 'Flight details'.

append fs_list to t_list_complementary.

fs_list-typ = 'S'.

fs_list-info = 'connections'.

append fs_list to t_list_complementary.

form top_page.

call function 'REUSE_ALV_COMMENTARY_WRITE'

exporting

it_list_commentary = t_list_complementary

I_LOGO = 'ENJOYSAP_LOGO'
