Problem reading QR code

Hi experts,

I have a problem regarding QR codes. The user needs tu read a QR, that gives information of a delivery note, I mean: info of all of its ítems, such as position, quantity, material.

The user creates de QR by concatenating all these fields separated by a "!". To indicate the change of item they use "%".

When I read the QR, I do it in a text editor within a custom report. If it has only 1 item it works fine, in the editor there is only one line and I can see the text like this:

4200181964!10!PRUEBA1!DAVID00001!2,000!5000460641!2017!%

The problem is when there are more items. I need the text like this:

4200181964!10!PRUEBA1!DAVID00001!2,000!5000460641!2017!%

4200181964!20!PRUEBA2!DAVID000002!1,000!5000460640!2017!%

But that's what I get in my text editor:

4200181964!10!prueba1!david00001!2,000!5000460641!2017!b00181964!10!prueba2!david000002!1,000!5000460640!2017!%

As you can see, not only there is only one row, also after the first "2017!%", the first 2 characters "42" disappear and instead it appears a "b".

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
