problem printing smartforms

hi,

my pc can print anything except smartform.

i can print from words, from sap, from anything, Except smartform from my SAP.

Please kindly advise because no one in my company know how to solve. -_-

are you able to print pdf files?

If yes, try to print your smartform with PDFcreator and see how it goes.

check your user parameters in SU3 and set OUTPUT DEVICE as LOCAL PRINTER and try to print

hi,

if ur pc can print pdf than use program 'RSTXPDF4'.

Execute this. it will ask for spool request. give that and save it in ur desired location.

othere way:

give the print command to ur SF.

Go to tcode spo1 or spo2. it will show u all generated spool request. double click on ur spool no.

u will come accross a new screen. give there ur office printer ip address like
10.48.434.21 or LOCL.

click on print icon there. it wil take u from 2 pop ups. continue with that. after some time another sap window will open automatically specifiying u abt ur test data.

now u can collect ur form print from the mentioned printer.

Hi

Goto the Menu path System -> User Profile -> Set Data

Give the printer defaults in the screen displayed.

Save the changes and restart your system.

or you can do this from SU01.

I hope this will solve your problem.

u can ask BASIS person to configure a local printer for printing.
