Problem in table maintenence generator

Hi

I created a table maintenance generator with follwing values but its giving me following error .

Auth grp= &NC&

maintenece type One step

package ZBI

function group zg_bw_0001

overview screen 1

standard routine

when i press create it showz following error

The maintenance object description has no

transportable package

plz let me know y its happng.

Check with your BASIS team for the package ZBI.

This error means the following package will not create any transport request in the system for that Maintainance.

hi,

check your package name.

Proceed as follows.

1. Authorization Group : &NC&

Function group: ' Give table name '

Package: <pac name>

2. Create a Transaction Code (Parameter Transaction) for the table maintenance through SE93 transaction. The values used for the same would be:

2.1. Transaction: SM30

2.2. Check the box for ‘Inherit GUI Attributes’.

2.3. Check the boxes for GUI Support as required.

2.4. Check the box to skip the initial screen.

2.5. View name: (Default Value to be created)

2.6. Show: (Default Value to be created).

Hi Nishu Gupta,

Check whether the Function group is under a development class or under the $tmp (local object). Also try to check whether the package name exist or not.

u can cretae Table maintenance Generator for Custom Table.

may i know ur table name for instance.?
