problem in T-code PU12 SAP-HR

hello experts,

I am facing problem in T-code PU12.

while selecting tab Export and selecting radio button download from temse

and trying to take f4 help for field TemSe object.

In my devlopment f4 help is working properly

but in production while taking f4 help for this field an error with message no object for this application exists in the tmse.

kindly help urgently required.
